Cogace offers a 2-year limited warranty from the date of original purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.

What is Covered

  • Blade issues not caused by misuse, impact, or improper cleaning

What is Not Covered

  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, or commercial use
  • Improper maintenance, cleaning, or unauthorized modifications
  • Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or normal wear and tear
  • Use of the slicer with accessories not manufactured or approved by Cogace
  • Damage caused by slicing frozen, bone-in, or extremely hard food items

How to File a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please prepare the following information:

  • Photos or videos clearly showing the issue
  • A detailed description of the problem

Warranty Validity
