Frequently Asked Questions(FAQ)

Q1: Can I slice frozen or marinated meats with this slicer?

No. We do not recommend slicing frozen or marinated meats. These types of meat may be too hard or wet, which could affect slicing performance and potentially damage the blade. We recommend allowing the food to partially thaw before slicing for better results.

Q2: What preparation is needed before slicing meat?

Make sure the meat is fully thawed and boneless. For cooked meats such as roast beef, allow them to cool for 15–20 minutes and remove any strings before slicing to ensure clean, even cuts.

Q3: The slicer is cutting unevenly. What should I do?

If the blade is not cutting evenly, it may be dull. We recommend having the blade sharpened by a professional to restore optimal performance.

Q4: Can I slice meat with bones?

No. Do not attempt to slice bone-in meats. This may damage the blade and pose a safety hazard. Always use boneless meat with the slicer.

Q5: Can I use the electric slicer continuously for a long time?

We do not recommend running the electric slicer continuously for extended periods. For household models, it is generally advised to operate the slicer for no more than 5 to 10 minutes at a time (refer to your product manual for model-specific guidelines). Allow the slicer to rest for about 5 minutes between uses to ensure long-term performance and prevent motor overheating.
